This is very good news for shareholders. Ken unfortunately did not have the right skills to lead the company in a hot sector like CBD. It requires a young face and some vitality. A new CEO that is in tune with industry and able to grasp the target markets is what is required. Ken's background was from Building services with some Financial capital raising. What is needed is a Leader that can recognise the opportunity at hand and take the market with energy. This will have a profound affect within the organisation. Currently the young care taker CEO, is fine and is good to see. He may be more invested to see this company succeed than Boomer Ken.
