Not sure if this is for me? But to expand upon my previous post:

PLS - Ken Brinsden. Exceptional appointment.
BDC - Rob Ryan. Biddle and Young upgraded the resource then appointed Rob Ryan, who did diddly FA imo. But I don't blame Biddle for the BDC disaster. When it was needed, Biddle stepped back in and navigated treacherous waters to an outcome - not what we were hoping for, but it was modest/reasonable given the circumstances and lack of quality talent available (to hire).
GRV (Georgina) - Matt Healy. Biddle and Young secured Georgina, and was, by all accounts, very exciting. All eyes on them and the peaks. It was a free hit, but wasn't to be - they moved the resource on and we have still exposure to the upside.
GRV (Alpha) - Mark Turner. Let's give the man a chance. Seems highly competent.
