I think cause Rhonda had been contracted recently they couldn't sack her. They thought the marketing here is not working we're getting nowhere, what can we do. I know let's make a made up role and promote her, give her a nice office and get someone else in see if they can do a better job. Then someone else pipes up, where do we get the money from to pay for someone else?
