It's a global sell-off today. Any unprofitable business gets hit hard today. I can guess either a big seller showed up this morning trying to cash out a bit or the accumulators are playing their games. These management appointments won't change anything in one day. It takes time.
I just topped up during lunchtime today. What a great buying opportunity!
