Not really surprised that she is departing. Not a lot of joy or career opportunity at Sipa.

Or has she been asked to go ? Maybe Rodiv has finally had a gut full ?

Seriously who would want to take this role on. Its a good little earner but hardly career building. So more than likely someone who thinks they can make a name for themselves OR someone in the later years of their career & looking for a comfortable slide into retirement.

Considering they now have to embark upon the search for Lynda's replacement then this must have been a short notice decision. Either on the part of the M.D herself or the board !
