Although I don’t want to be blinkered, but forfeiting TSV and breaching the loan is absolute worst case here and I wouldn’t expect to see a cent if that happens.
Ben was guiding us tonoayjbg back the loan in full within 2 years literally one week ago with although the bad news in the open, so I really don’t think it needs considering at this point. Net debt of about 23 mil doesn’t seem too significant as long as things don’t deteriorate even further.
The lease issue is of interest to me, and I’ve got no idea what sort of merits termination could occur on. Any one have any insight there?
And the Singapore arbitration will be interesting next July.
