    There have been some good posts, by roger in particular, looking at the numbers. However like you say, it's the legal mess that will mostly decide this


    There is also risk to convenants being breached at the half year, maybe another write down as DSV has performed even worse than H1 18, but I'm just speculating on that as the debt is fairly low even against the very low earnings/ EBITDA.


    Perhaps one of Joey's key strategic roles while on leave is calming the bankers down!
