All casinos are not worried about losing money, all they need is time. Unless they faked the turnover numbers and everything else, this is still very very good business at a rock bottom price. It it type of game changing opportunity. Just that with the lease termination, everyone is scared stiff. Everything else is secondary and breaks down when you starring into the abyss.
