Sad. A very big step to terminate a founder. Whatever else, they drive the vision and have a sense of ownership that an employee that can just get a better job elsewhere never has. I was hanging on whilst Ed was still there fighting for his vision. If even he has given up, im not sure where that leaves their prospects. A bit grim.
