Don't forget those are "shares", they have to be sold on stock market, not at fish market.
NSE sold their shares at off-market trade directly to big investors. They never give a harm to Buru's share price in market.
If NSE would sell 15m Buru shares on market trade, Buru shares would not go up to $3.85. This is the problem of substantial shareholders. They can't sell their shares at the highest price. They can only get an average sale (or buy price) as they sell (or buy) large amount of shares.
And too much greed always kills.
