No doubt you spend a great deal of time researching your stocks, and I'm not suggesting I know anything substantial about NSE. The history you provide is one thing, but far less interesting than your insight into the future of NSE.
Sounds like you may have even more than me invested in your part of the Canning neighbourhood. Have you tried securing a job with NSE? You could then guide them through the best way forward, and pick up some more issued shares.
