Aside from an announcement over any potential offtake agreement, the main catalyst in the near term appears to be a business plan to start executing on the 5-6Ktpa SX-EW cathode production. Final investment decision (whenever that comes) will no doubt address looming liabilities (loans and con notes).

"In the coming quarter, Cyprium expects to release a Business Plan outlining the expectedeconomics of producing 5,000 to 6,000 tonnes of copper cathode, per year, following therefurbishment of the copper cathode plant and resumption of heap leach activities on currentinfrastructure.The Company has also stated that it is in discussions with customers, offtake partners andfinanciers to support the copper cathode restart and is developing detailed plans for projectexecution; both necessary activities to advance to final investment decision."
