Mgmt can and should be at least seen to be calming the seas. I certainly don't expect them to be on the front foot every time the SP drops a few % but this is ridiculous and should be obvious that there are a heap of investors hurting at these levels. A simple reiteration of company strategy, pipeline of works, macro economic variables etc etc. Its not hard to put some kind of message out there.
