Agree ... by making comment on this in any way they are spending money on an announcement that basically in some way engages wth what is going on.
But I t is not management manipulating the price !
If they were buying and selling they would be putting notices to that effect .
Speaking of which I still think now would be a great time to signal confidence with a solid on market purchase by management .
That’s the only way they can comment really .
Maybe the new CFO will do it?
