Interesting development.
I briefly mentioned back in September last year the possibility of a Nordic-style bond.
Less onerous to secure & they usually offer greater flexibility in terms of potentially restructuring down the track (subbing out for cheaper debt if available at that time).
Agree with others in here. Most likely circa 12%.
