Coincidentally, this is the exact same route taken by another company I have a large investment in.

In that case, finance was also delayed by a year, but they eventually secured a US$100m Nordic bond. When I spoke with the MD about this, he informed me that they went down this path to maintain commercial flexibility. I can only assume Baz and Co have the same line of thought in mind.

I maintain full confidence in management to secure this finance shortly.
