They pay fixed or floating interest rates, which would then move with the market
Being Senior finance, it means that in the worst case of insolvency, they are repaid first, unlike subordinated debt like offtake prepayments (which we have already) or investors like us - They are secured against the asset, and would imply selling Nifty and potentially other aspects of CYMs interests such as Maroochydore would fetch at least enough to cover the secured $200 Mil
I'd guess investors are getting the calls today saying - "Do you want a five year senior bond, secured against a bunch of copper assets in a rising copper environment, which pay 8-10% at a floating rate X amount above the LIBOR rate" or something along those lines
Seems like a pretty good option in this fiscal environment, with low risk and healthy returns
