    1. Probably won't be double their Mcap once finance is announced

    2. Pretty sure that most companies start by looking for debt or equity higher than their initial Mcap to get into production and positive cash flow

    3. Starting to think investing might not be for you, as you can't seem to grab the basic concepts of finance
