Note - the higher the discount rate (10% for example) the significantly less the NPV. Not many feasibility studies are done at a 7% rate and the financiers would know this -> so would opt to do the calculations at a higher discount rate for risk purposes to see how "really" feasible the project is.

I'd be interested to know your return on investment for wasting your time here denigrating users and deprecating the project?

Honestly, you've been reading through the Nifty Restart study just to find a number that is commonly used in the industry but you decide isn't the right one (8% is soooo different to 7%)

Is it free accom in a basement somewhere and nothing better to do that means you spend so much time whinging about stocks you don't hold?
