tldr: Nifty, Maroochydore, Nanadie Well & Stark are 100% ours. Hollandaire is an 80/20 split (MGV Free carried 20%). Paterson exploration is a 70/30 split. CYM would likely run the operation should any major resource be found (source 39:35). However I'd imagine there'd be additional terms added should this eventuate.

Murchison

Hollandaire, the primary copper orebody at the Cue Copper Project, was discovered in 2011 by Silver Lake Resources. Musgrave Minerals (ASX:MGV) progressed via an earn-in joint venture arrangement with Silver Lake to 100% ownership of the Cue Copper Project tenements in August 2017. In June 2019 Musgrave Minerals granted Cyprium an option to earn-in and joint venture for an 80% interest in the non-gold rights over the Project (ARX ASX Announcement – ARX Completes the Acquisition of Cyprium Australia Pty Ltd, 17 June 2019). Cyprium has satisfied the expenditure commitments of the joint venture terms and currently owns 80% of the Cue Copper Project. Source

MGV have a 20% free carried interest in Hollandaire and retain the gold rights. Source

Mithril Resources undertook an earn-in joint-venture between 2013-2019 before ultimately withdrawing from the project. Cyprium acquired 100% of the Nanadie Well Copper Project in July 2020, from Horizon Minerals (CYM ASX Announcement – Nanadie Well Copper Project Acquisition, 14 July 2020). Source

Paterson Exploration

IGO is to sole fund A$32 million of exploration activities over 6.5 years to earn a 70% interest in the Paterson Exploration Project, including a minimum expenditure before withdrawal of A$11 million over 3.5 years. Upon earning a 70% interest, the Joint Venture will form and IGO will free-carry Paterson Copper to the completion of a Pre-feasibility Study (PFS) on a new mineral discovery. As such, Cyprium currently owns 100% of the Paterson Copper Project and is diluting to 30% under the terms noted above.
