Should Julius Matthys as the Chairman previously been able to pick up the issue that sales were compromised by interrelated parties ?
It is six months ago today that he took over as CEO but is still holding directorships in other companies, is this acceptable considering the level of involvement the CEO needs in order to turn QIN around at this make or break stage ?
