Their seems to be far to many cogs in the negotiation wheel.
Given the state of the company they are in a dreadful position to negotiate.
It appears anyone who wants to strike a deal with Quintis needs to strike deals with associated parties as well.
I really hope this ends well for SH but Quintis has put themselves in a very difficult position.
