In my experience lenders do not loosen requirements when a business is digging an even deeper hole, they tend to put even tighter restrictions upon the entity.
Therefore I regard the reductions - two since May as positive and an indication that the business is recovering.
Comes back to whether you are a glass half full person or a glass half empty - I am the former.
