Looks like Subhas owns quite a bit of Shares via SmartEquity - The Employee share trust. The T20 list seems to not split the SmartEquity ownership.

On the page 89 of the prospectus, it states
4. Of these Shares, Subhash Challa (Proposed Director) has an interest in 49,246,968 Shares by way of his holding
of Share Units in the SenSen Employee Equity Trust (being an interest of 34.82% in the total Shares held by the
SenSen Employee Equity Trust).

If you actually add up the numbers from the Employee Share Trust and what is held outside, it will be around 80million shares, easily making him T1, I think.
