so realistically thinking, as an executive, when i’m thinking the best long term strategic play for my companies bottom line, would be this move they made, with the least explaining needed or headaches and planning.

at the expense of pissing us little guys off a little bit, theyve kept us out of debt and our books looking A1.

the short sighted holders here or anyone that bought higher than the current SP or anyone looking to make quick gains or just to make their buy in price back to sell out and reinvest, will be pissed right now.

the people that have experience in leading a business strategically and looking at bottom lines and gearing up for a merge, selling companies or keeping you’re company afloat or even expanding, will understand exactly where we are and why.

just my 2c.

i see the long play here, regardless who or how it’s done and with who. It makes sense long term.

i believe i understand this move to be honest with u guys. Makes complete sense to me.
