Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor/MEMS, assembly, process and metrology equipment.
- Manufacturing equipment includes: DRIE, sputter, plasma strip, ovens, bonders, aligners, wet benches, SRD, coat/develop track, vacuum pumps
- Initial set-up, testing, debug of new equipment.
- Performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems.
- Perform equipment modifications as needed.
- Maintain/repair facility equipment directly related to MEM’s fab/assembly area
- Facility equipment includes: HVAC, water pumps, water chillers, air compressors, house vacuum, air dryers
Required Skills
- Extensive semiconductor or MEMS equipment experience.
- Ability and willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience creating and following preventative maintenance schedules and maintaining log books.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated.
- Meticulous and quality focused.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with DRIE equipment, preferably STS/SPTS systems.
- Experience with photolithography equipment including SVG tracks, EVG aligners/bonders, and steppers is a plus.
- Strong vacuum system experience (maintenance and troubleshooting).
- Tool electronic troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
- 5+ years semiconductor line maintenance or service experience is required.
- Computer literacy and experience with MS Office products required.
- Permanent legal resident status is required.

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
