I like your thinking Ozelectro, and that would certaintly fit a more appropriate justification for the CR given the opportunities in front of us.

If Nanodx are letting us flounder around on our own, looking for a few dollars to keep the lights on, they must have huge cojones....

It's going to have to be a ripper of a slide deck to convince me to vote for the options. If I understand correctly,

• EverBlu has put up $250k
• They immediately get back $150k in fees
• They get 36.7M options at 0.085 with over 2 years to exercise.

Can't see how putting up effectively $100k at risk, deserves such largesse. With a 1c rise in SP over 0.085, they recoup over 3.5 times their investment.

Have I misunderstood something?

If not, very disappointing.
