-New deal is multiples of Nanotron's combined sales to date,
-Margins not affected by large quantities (50%+),
-Nanotron acquisition was cheap due to the timing, they could not secure the funding to complete this deal without the Sensera takeover,
-Expect strong newsflow between now and AGM,
-New CEO unlikely to be announced before Christmas (still at current employer),
