    Wow, 11.5% interest rate for the loan, seems SE1 has serious fund issue. They can't even make it 10%, which is a very common loan rate in other asx penny companies.
    I already said SE1 management is incapable and untrustworthy, especially the QR/update contradicted itself. But people just attacked me and defended the management.
    Yes, I am ramping down and want to buy it cheaply.
