Using the word "potential" removes any attempt of the post being seen as a pump, rather its saying that one believes this has good potential to give the share price some momentum.
If one looks at the longer term trend (primary trend) it is still up, however the secondary trend has been testing the depths. It would appear that todays and yesterdays price action may have just changed that.
