agreed, it’s highly highly unlikely that the FCA would be issuing an open banking licence to an Irish based company (the same under investigation) without first checking with the regulator. especially because 70% of the largest UK banks are using this platform.
if it was a disqualification offence then they (FCA) wouldn’t not have given it to them.
hopefully only another month or so left until a resolution
