Re: "if not December will then be in February"
There seems a common misconception that the December and February mentions (by PC) relate specifically to when an MOU will be signed/announced. This is not correct. The December and February relate to when board meetings of potential clients would take place with a board meeting possibly being the final hurdle before an agreement (MOU). One would imagine an agreement (MOU) would follow quickly after a board decided to proceed however exactly how long is anyone's guess. I'm sure there's red-tape, legals, etc to nut out before it all becomes official and can be released to the market. And we're only spit-balling as to who the potential MOUs could be let alone when their boards meet. The Objectives (which are still on track as per MF's Interview only a few days ago) are for a MOU2 AND MOU3 this quarter.
The quarter has five and a half weeks left!
