Just joining some dots here, but I've just had a conversation that confirms that NAB is currently actively exploring the outsourcing of its less complex back office functions, including SOAs, for its financial planners. Now it doesn't necessarily follow 100% that this has to be IAM, but if you were hunting for the best option in this space right now, where would you go?...........
