I saw your post previously and I intentionally decided to avoid it... Apology in advance... Have to admit that question came to my mind quite a few times and I have done calculations using different scenarios... You need to remember I am just a share holder and lack many skills and information to come up with the right figure hence the chance of being wrong is seriously high... So here is how I think he can do more than $40m NPAT accumulative by June 2019...
Best case scenario:
IPAC practice of WA which is run by PC... Now this practice pays $180k per year.... This practice however is on highly discounted rate... So the new practices won't be getting similar discounted rates... If I can remember it correctly, PC is getting 50% discount... So let's assume the new practices will pay the double than what he is paying hence $360k per year per practice...
Sentry has approx 400 practices and with a roll out to 25% of the total organization will generate $38m revenue per year from SoA alone plus 10% from KLIP to access big data which is compulsory... Now this means IAM will achieve M1-M4 from Sentry deal alone with 25% roll out...
however, this is best case scenario... There are multiple factors... Currently IAM has 9 clients and they are paying 90k average per annum... however, they are getting high discounts which won't be offered to future practices as discussed in the road shows... On top of this, they are not paying for KLIP as its not fully operational as yet... but future clients will do...
Now lets assume, the new clients will pay the same as per the existing clients and the roll out is 25%... Even this scenario will generate enough revenue for the M1-M3 being achieved...
Now lets assume only 50 practices take Intiger services at Rollout stage... Plus 9 existing clients it will be still be good enough to achieve M1-M2...
Anyway, as the best case scenario has further potential to be even better hence m1-m4 can be quite easily achievable... By saying this, please don't rely on these figures as they are based on my own research and different questions I have asked from the management....
