Possibly the confusion lies given there are 2 different clinical trials in focus - IRX 211 and IRX616a.

You are right with 211 as timeline sees only completion of Phase 1 trials end of this month / year and IND not until mid 2024, however 616a has already had the submission to ethics committee (HREC - awaiting results) and expect IND to be submitted end of year / start next after Phase 2 trials commence and of course all dependent on the proposed capital raising.

I'm extending an olive branch in the hope constructive discussion can be had on this forum - if you could possibly reserve final judgement on the financial management until if/when/how they manage to raise capital? If it turns out they cant raise or a poor deal then fair enough.

I get where you are coming from- you dont like the way this company has managed their finances and that's understood, but they have been completely transparent over this for more than a year now.

This is a highly speculative under $8m company - the CEO and CSO get paid approx. $130k and $108k per annum respectively - there's no "snouts in the trough" here - there is simply not enough capital.

There is also been practically zero retail buying in this stock for a long time so most holders are aware and along for the ride.
