Quite right daramuda, the way I wrote it was incorrect.
Clearly the post is laced with my own sentiment, and as truthinbeer stated the reasons for the lack of license announcements are now known to be government reorganisation related.
This was posted here a couple weeks ago, but I cannot recall by whom.
