Lol. Good questions. You're too hard on management. Non-binding bids is better than crap takeover talk. You might be right but I reckon you are wrong. If you're not happy perhaps you could consider disposing of your shares. This way you won't be disappointed? Give management another 6 weeks before spitting the dummy. I truly believe they have done an awesome job thus far. If a JV doesn't happen it's not the end of the world. They have one already.
