Yep, Aussie goldies will get smashed on Monday, and possibly for the rest of the week also. Good opportunity late next week to re-enter on quality stocks like SLR I'll wager. Problems that are driving the POG aren't going away, at all. Toward year-end, things always start to look better, or less worse, in the US (except 2008 of course). There may be a little post-election euphoria, regardless of who wins, but it won't be long before numbers resume south, US deficit moves to centre stage and Fed starts hinting at doubling QE Infinity upwards from 40 billion a month. (by the way, that's already 2 times projections of the damage bill from Sandy, and that's EVERY MONTH!).
Long term buy when the dust settles.
