Does look a better, someone is confident enough to spend 20g at 2 cents, don't think it's a dummy order as it could easily be filled.
Maybe a good aquisition ir two, or a farm in might get things moving.
Tempted to take out the order at 2.7 to see what happens but fear it will only trigger a wad of sell orders.
No doubt quite a few of us are sitting in red ink with this one.
