As with the previous times I've tried to call (none less than a year ago) I spoke to a receptionist who asked for my name and said she'd check, then came back saying Justin was unavailable (presumably he saw my name and figured I wasn't a close friend or anyone he'd want to talk to, just a burned shareholder, or perhaps he wasn't there at all and she was just pretending). I got the usual promise of a return call from Justin, which never happened before and I assume won't happen this time either.

I'm not sure if that's better or worse than the difficult-to-believe upbeat spiel I was expecting.

If I do get a return call I'll post what I can.
