Its one thing to have cash cost at the mine gate, but if you cann't pay for the remainder of the buisness model, then it contracts.
So the engine of your car costs 1000/km to run eh?
Pity you have to pay the driver, 200/km, and the navigator another 150/km, etc, etc. all totalling around the 1350/km.
