The people selling PRU have just done their math.
Cash and gold at start of quarter was 48 million. Cash and gold at end of quarter was 27 million.
Difference is 21 million. Gold sales were 52,626 Oz. That's an extra A$ 400 dollar per ounce. Or US S 380.
Average sales price was US $ 1,308. So PRU needed a gold price of $ 1,700 to have a total cash flow of zero in this quarter.
And since that is a lot higher than the current price of gold, it is logical to expect a CR or worse in the near future.
