Good that you are attempting to verify the claims you make about bungling management, incorrect plant configuration etc. These are very serious allegations that have not been aired by the company, which would put them in breach of ASX continuous disclosure regulations. Personally i don't believe that we have to look for extraordinary stuff ups to explain negative outcomes. Based on company reports the outcomes have been predictable but some share holders have refused to take the warning signs seriously.
