Niocorp got an Offtake agreement from the Giant Thyssen Krupp (Germany ) and the stock flew, now stock is dead with an OVER HYPE play, and will sit there for a long while. with Cradle, at a Low capex and still a better grade than NIOBEC , any offtake will move this stock significantly. I a if I assume too much, I just want to help educate any new investor in this sector. If someone really wants to be all in, research CBMM (The Largest provider of NB in the whole by controlling 85% of the world Market) and look at their 2 separate 15% of the company they sold to Asian companies for 3 Billion dollars a couple years ago. Also research the grades, Mining process and mine life of Quebec, Canada's NIOBEC Mine, their average grade was .42%, CXX Cradle is .64 for first 10 years of mine life, superior. I'm excited and I'm ready for Q4 results and DFS
