    by misery guts I was referring to CEM. but I agree there is a decent chance there will be some form of cap raise. especially if there is a big marketing program coming in 2nd qt 2016 (see today's ann). I think it will be in the 10s of millions and will come from sophisticated/institutional investors (probably us). fine by me if no debt and launches us in the medium term well about $2 per share.
