This reminds me of when it was stuck in the 13 to 15 cent range. It wasn't going lower but couldn't break higher for what seemed ages.
Mind you when it broke up to 16 cents it subsequently ran quickly to the high 20's.
Let's hope history repeats itself with this being the new bottom range and the next break upwards taking it quickly to the high 30's or 40's.
I'm basing this on nothing in particular, just some wishful and positive thinking.
