The current strategy has been an expensive failure all the last capital raising funds of $7.5m and more gone on futile court and arbitrations over the last two years. No investor will put money into this company no matter how good the new project is whilst they squander so much money on this dispute. If they do have a strategy it should not involve Tunisia because it looks like there is no protection for foreign investors. Maybe a gold or coal project in Australia.
