The board must make the decision. Do they relaunch the company with a new project and hopefully salvage some value for the poor shareholders, or do they continue with the long slow but expensive court and arbitrations. The longer they wait the more cash gets burnt and its all expensive cash which could jeopardise their ability to do anything new in the future.
