Perhaps I did not elaborate my thoughts here very well. I mean that when we compare his term vs Middlemas, there is a big difference in value created for us shareholders. Not commenting on his technical skills or leadership to take Cradle to where it is now. You can argue that Middlemas is just the icing on the cake, but I want share price appreciation and he was delivering it so far (before yesterday's flash crash).
