Nak, Mr Middlemas my have delivered historically, but I don't necessarily share your view that he has been solely responsible for any recent share price appreciation.

He came onto the board on 9th May and the "net" S/P has gone from 29.5c (on 9/5) to 26c on 2 August - when he became Chairman of the Board. It has dwindled further to be 22.5c yesterday. It's one thing to enable the S/P to appreciate - but it can be challenging to hold (& enhance) that appreciation.

One of the things I like about CXX is they are quite happy to change the Board positions in order to be commensurate with the skills/expertise required at any one time. I believe Mr Middlemas can lead the delivery - time will tell whether he does.
